It’s always a mystery whether Jouno will bat Tetchou’s hands away or let them stay. Today, he seems content to let them linger and even goes so far as to lean into the touch. He’d insist it was for warmth only, but secretly, he enjoys the physical affection on the off chance that he allows himself to.
“Someone, or something, more likely, is murdering the more magically-inclined humans,” he explains, his hand moving up from Tetchou’s chest to snake around his neck and rest on the back of it. They’re incredibly close like this, but Jouno doesn’t mind for now —- he’s positive no one else can see them where they are (and he listened carefully before he allowed himself this much).
“A serial killer. We haven’t had this much excitement in a while.” Jouno sounds delighted by the turn of events, even as he promises, “I’ll find out who’s doing it before the humans start trying to blame us.” After all, a fight (or all out war) between humans and supernatural creatures would be… annoying, as far as Jouno is concerned.
